Cozinhe a batata na água do cozimento do bacalhau. Cozinhe os ovos duros (10 minutos contados depois que começa a ferver). Corte em rodelas de 1,0 cm de espessura. Coloque 1/3 do azeite em um frigideira e refogue a cebola e o alho, até que comecem a dourar. Reserve. Num refratário untado com manteiga, coloque uma camada de batatas, uma camada de bacalhau, uma camada de ovos cozidos, outra camada de batatas. Cubra com as cebolas, as azeitonas pretas. Tempere com sal e pimenta a gosto. Regue com o restante do azeite e leve ao forno, a 200 graus, por cerca de 20 minutos. Ao retirar, salpique com a salsa finamente picada e sirva.</span></dt>

Corte a cebola, o tomate e o pimentão em pedaços bem pequenos (picados) e junte o extrato de tomate, uma pitada de pimenta do reino, o tablete de caldo de galinha e reserve.<br />
Refogue o alho com o óleo até ficar dourado.<br />
Junte o frango e deixe refogar. Coloque então os temperos que foram reservados e refogue mais uns minutos.<br />
Salgue a gosto.<br />
Cubra com água fervendo e deixe cozinhar até que o frango fique bem macio.<br />
Ao final do cozimento, ainda dentro da panela, amasse o frango com uma espumadeira, grosseiramente, até desfiá-lo, transformando tudo em uma massa.<br />
Deixe no fogo para secar toda a água.<br />
Quando o frango estiver bem sequinho (sem água) adicione o milho escorrido, o champignon cortadinho em fatias fininhas e por último o creme de leite.<br />
Sirva quente.<br />

Em uma panela misture o açúcar com a maisena. Acrescente as gemas. Misture muito bem. Junte o leite frio e o leite condensado. Misture novamente e leve ao fogo baixo, para cozinhar, mexendo sempre, até o creme engrossar. Retire do fogo e deixe esfriar.<br />

<strong style="color: #444444; font-weight: bold;">Maneira de Preparar a Massa</strong><br />
Dissolva o fermento no leite morno. Acrescente 1 xícara de farinha de trigo e misture bem. Coloque os ingredientes restantes exceto a farinha e misture bem. Após vá acrescentando farinha de trigo até obter uma massa macia e que não grude nas mãos. Coloque a massa em uma tigela grande, cubra com um pano limpo ou papel filme e deixe a massa descansar e dobrar de volume, por cerca de 40 minutos. Amasse novamente a massa por 5 minutos e abra com um rolo com a espessura de 2 cm. Corte com um cortador redondo (3 cm aproximadamente). Salpique um pano limpo com farinha de trigo e coloque sobre ele os disquinhos de massa. Deixe crescer por mais 25 minutos. Frite os sonhos em óleo quente até que estejam dourados. Escorra e coloque sobre papel absorvente. Corte ao meio e recheie com o creme. Corte a carne em quatro pedaços e coloque de molho de véspera. Troque a água algumas vezes, para que perca o sal. No dia de preparar dê uma fervura na carne. Cozinhe na panela de pressão com água, por cerca de 30 minutos, ou até amolecer. Quando estiver cozida retire da panela, escorra, deixe esfriar e desfie com a mão. Em uma frigideira aqueça a manteiga e o azeite. Coloque a carne seca desfiada para fritar por igual. Corrija o sal. No final adicione o vinagre e refogue mais um pouco, para ficar crocante. Retire da frigideira e reserve. Descasque a cebola e corte-a ao meio, no sentido do comprimento e fatie em tiras finas. Na mesma frigideira acrescente um pouco de azeite e refogue o alho e a cebola, junte a carne seca e refogue mais um pouco.
